Computer Doctors was started in 1997, as a part time (after hours) on-site service due to an increased need for in-home service when other service centers were closed. After more than a year and many requests for daytime service as well, on November 19th, 1998 Computer Doctors became a full-time (24 hour / 7 day) - service provider for the CSRA. (As of Jan 1st, 2009, we have changed to 24/6, no longer providing service on Sundays or Holidays.)

Since Then

Computer Doctors has added Microsoft networking along with extended warranty service, and sales. We also provide Data Recovery Services, for data that has been deleted (intentionally or unintentionally). FDISK'd and formatted drives can also be recovered.

Why disconnect your equipment, carry it in to a service center, and wait 5-7 days for it to be repaired? Computer Doctors will come to your location, the same day, and install, configure, upgrade, or repair your equipment for LESS cost than other service centers.

Many problems may be network related and must be corrected on location, disconnecting everything, dragging it in to a repair facility, waiting a week - only to find out - "no problem found", dragging it all back to your home or office, then reconnecting it - only to find out the "problem" is still there, can be more frustrating. Let us correct it on the spot - show you it's working - the same day...

Unlike other service centers that charge $95-$150 per hour, Computer Doctors charges only $75 per hour. (Slightly higher - nights and Saturday)

We are licensed, and have certifications in Hewlett Packard, Canon, IBM, Okidata, Compaq, Lexmark, Epson, and Toshiba. We are qualified to repair any IBM compatible PC, laptop, or printer, sorry - no Apple/Macintosh computers. We are an A+ Authorized Service Center, (Computing Technology Industry Association) Computer Doctors is registered with Dun and Bradstreet .

We are also an Authorized Warranty Service Provider for the following;

SAMS Club, Wards, Service Merchandise, Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, CompUSA, Staples, Best Buy, Computer City, and Radio Shack
